As all our products are made-to-order and hand crafted specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, after an order has been placed.

We offer a replacement or exchange only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged during transit.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• An incorrect item has been delivered.
• One time exchange or alteration to all our customers.
  
  

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

• Customized or personalized items.
• Only one exchange is permitted per order item. Products that have already been exchanged once are not eligible for any further exchange, return, or refund requests.
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery

To request an exchange or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for exchange.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange process. The replacement item will be dispatched after verification of the issue.

As all products are made specifically upon order, refunds are generally not offered. Refunds may only be approved if we are unable to provide a replacement for a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Refunds for the same will be issued to your original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.
